I deleted a movie folder in the Plex Shared Movie folder (using the MyCloud web page) and now I cannot see the ‘‘Shared Movies’’ folder any where. When I login to Plex media server directly (using the Plex web page), I see the all the movies. How can I restore or un-delete the shared movies folder? Thanks

So to get this straight…
You deleted a folder within the Plex Shared Movies folder of your WD My Cloud and now you can no longer see the Plex Shared Movies folder in the WD My Cloud?!
As it’s still showing in Plex… it appears not to be gone – have you tried re-loading the WD My Cloud web app (not just navigating back and forth)?
Sorry for the intrusion, I am a newbie and could not locate the proper place I could post the subject and yes I did try to re-load WD My Cloud web app. but it’s still the same. Thank you for your interest and help.

Did I get the actual problem right – you deleted a subfolder within the MyCloud user interface and now the entire Plex Shared Movies is no longer showing in the WS MyCloud user interface?
However… its content is still available from within Plex (media items are still showing in your library and you can play them)?
Dear sir, Only the ‘‘Shared Movies’’ directory got lost from Plex directory in WD Mycloud Home. However I can still see and play the movies in Plex.
MY CLOUD HOME directory in Plex contains five directory with normal operating files; Plex directory in WD has four folders missing the Shared Movies folder and its contents.
Now I can not reach the movie files from plex also. I think I messed up somewhere. Anyways thank you for your support and attention. You can close the post. Best regards.
