Result difference between Opensubtitles web search and metadata agent

Very strange fact.

I'm trying to find a sub for a video file. No result return by the metadata agent but the research on the webclient give some results

Web : http://www.opensubtitles.org/fr/search/sublanguageid-eng/moviebytesize-259882514/moviehash-330999989ae4f902

XMLRPC : result empty with a hash/size search.

 

Is there any explanation ? Plex side or XMLRPC API side ?

I've just test with an other tool. And subs are found with hash and size.

So this is on the Plex side, but I found no Logs about the XMLRPC communcation.
