Is it possible to show results for all shows and movies when clicking on an actor/cast like Infuse does?

Yes. This should be the default unless you’re using some specific library options (e.g. adult content enabled) or access the library only from a managed user.
Does this mean that I have to deactivate the adult content option in the libraries?
