Review logs for performance issues?

I’ve been having issues with the Fire TV app, especially when scrolling (quickly) through a large library of around 1200 movies. If I press down on the remote too fast, the posters eventually stop keeping up and if you stop scrolling, then the app acts funky for a bit while it tries to get current.

Would I be able to see anything in the Plex server logs that might be causing this? I’m an IT guy and more than willing to look in my logs, just not sure if that would help (like identifying slow queries, resources, etc.)

The DB and OS (Windows) are all on SSD’s. So wondering if maybe it’s just an issue with the Fire TV app itself.

I know on my iPhone I can scroll through my library with no slowdowns at all.

That may be so but a competitor’s Android app scrolls without issues - so I’m trying to see if I can get to a root cause on the Plex version (before deciding to just quit using Plex period).

I have never heard of any Plex server tuning variables that would improve what you describe, but if you figure something out please let us know.
