Right Place to Ask a Question: WD My passport wireless pro - HEVC Files > 2 GB not working

I have reported a bug and i can not watch movies on my WD My passport wireless pro -((

But there I get NO answer from plex or somebody.
Is here in (Plex Pass) better or i can make nothing and only wait ?
