Roku, Android & Amazon Tablet not playing back Plex libraries

None of my streaming devices are playing back my libraries. It stalls at 33% for all of them.

Server Version#: 1.20.4.3517
Player Version#: Roku not sure where to find, Android 8.8.2.21525, Amazon 8.8.1.21332
Not sure how to find logs.
