I have been using Plex Channel on Roku for years. I just bought a new Roku and tried to install its Plex channel. It appears that the free Roku channel is no longer available on Roku.
How do I get it back?
Which Roku is that? You should be able to just search for it in channel store. You can also do so from their channel store website. https://channelstore.roku.com/details/68e8d568fdd68a1197a2b9a5f69e16c0/plex-free-movies-and-tv
Thanks for the suggestions.
The new Roku is a Roku Express, but I also have a Roku Ultra. Both are showing the same “symptom” - a new Plex logo.
I used the channel store to delete and then re-install the Plex channel on the new Express. I think I posted the version - 7.0b9 on both Roku’s.
I went to the URL, you suggested, and was presented with the Plex channel page, showing it’s installed. Of course that may be picked up from my Mac. Should I fiddle with one of the Roku web browsers?
Perhaps the payment email could be misleading…

As far as I know if you install an app/channel on one roku device that is signed into your account it will isntall the same app automatically on all of your Roku’s. It has been this way for a long while now. Roku does not give the option like Android Google Play to install on a specific device only.
