Recently within the last couple weeks, my 2 Roku sticks have both been opening Plex but showing only the most recent user for login to their individual home screen. It says its in offline mode, yet for the 1 user it shows, it will play anything on the Plex server.
When I try to bring the player into online mode, it claims it cant connect., but again, if I go into the one displayed user, it works fine. I just cant get into the other users.
When this happens, I may try things like shutting down the TV (and Roku by extension) and starting it back up. Sometimes when I do that, it opens the Plex login window and shows no users at all.
Roku sticks are on the same local network as the Plex server, so nothing is needed to go outside. It works fine from both the web interface and Windows Plex app on the same network.
I went through all the confirmations that the media server, roku and plex app on the roku are up to date. Even confirmed that my Roku stick is still within support and gets Roku updates and they are.
