Roku TV from my friends house can't connect to my server

A friend of mine has a Walmart Onn Roku TV and she recently lost the ability to connect to my server. She has rebooted her router, TV and cable modem but keeps getting an error on the screen that says my server is currently unavailable. When I was trying to help her, there were 3 other people outside my house that were online and streaming from me so I know the server is OK.

I deleted her account and re-invited her and no change. I had her check for system updates and her TV says everything is current.

What are some troubleshooting steps I can do to try and figure it out? Other apps on her TV work….Netflix, Amazon, HBO…. she even tried uninstalling/rebooting the TV/re-installing Plex and still nothing.

Stumped.

Solved.

She said she scrolled to the far right and clicked on the 3 dots and had the option to pick the old name for all my Plex server libraries and everything is working now.

Makes no sense but whatever.
