My Roku TV won't connect to my local Plex server

Pretty inexperienced with Plex but I have my Plex server which I just updated to latest version on my 2014 MacMini with MacOS 10.15.7, connected to my Eero via Wifi. My TCL TV with Roku has the most up to date Plex app. This set up used to work just fine but haven’t used it in a while and when I signed into the Plex app on my Roku TV, I cannot access my personal library. It keeps saying my MacMini server is unavailable. I’ve tried signing out and back in of both the server and app, and also tried changing settings as to whether an insecure connection is allowed all to no avail. Any ideas?

Have you verified if the server is actually down or if you can still access it from some other clients (e.g. using Plex Web)?

I can access it from the web on other devices on my network. I will see if I can access from another Roku TV.
