Roku Ultra fails at 13% for some movies

Player Version#: Roku Ultra 6.9.14.7448-9fa2246a1-Plex

I’ve got a number of newer movies that I can play on all my devices (Roku TV, Android, Web player) EXCEPT my Roku Ultra. It gets to 13% and then errors out.

The attached log is of me trying to start the movie on the Roku Ultra.
