Plex Streaming movies (not my own from server) get stuck at 13% when attempting to play

I noticed this on one of my Roku devices previously, but now it’s happening on all of them…

When attempting to play Plex Streaming movies (from Movies & Shows On Plex, not those from my server), they get stuck at 13% and will not play.

It will play on my Plex client on my computer, and I can pull up the same movie on another streaming service (like the Roku Channel) on that device, but just not through Plex. So therefore it’s not my Plex server or the Roku device itself, it has something to do with the Plex client for Roku.

Since before it was happening on one device but not the others, maybe a bug got introduced in a recent Plex update?
