I have an Ubuntu 16.02 linux plex server (running 1.11.0.4666) and I am trying to watch FOX 29.1 out of philadelphia. My Roku Ultra keeps saying Live TV could not be started. Sometimes it will try to tune it but it will fail after long time (depends if I have restarted my Roku box or not). I get same thing when trying to view from chrome web browser (think this is known issue?). I am however able to watch that same live tv channel from my android phone using the plex server? So my belief is it is something with the Roku app, but not sure? Is this a known issue and is it being worked on?
Also, I forgot to mention that I am able to tune a different transport stream on the same channel ie FOX channel that wont tune is on 29.1, I am able to tune and watch live channel on 29.2, 29.3 and 29.4
