Seems that I can not login using app on my Ruku device with out getting user could not be authenticated error, I tried changing my password and then just get user could not be authenticated . This Ip appears to be having trouble signing in to account ( detected repeated failures) to me seems like the new method of Ruku’s Plex aps login authentication is broken.
