Same sound stream is getting transcoded

I have a version of a movie that is 4K HVEC with EAC3 audio. I transcoded with handbrake the video to FHD HVEC with an audio passthrough. The PMS is on a Synology 923+ on a remote site. When I play the FHD, version I get Direct Play, but when I try the 4K version it starts transcoding the audio to AAC.
