I have a Samsung 4K TV with the SmartHub. The main issue I seem to be having all the time is getting the error “There seems to be a problem. A network error occurred.” My network is fine as this only happens on the Plex app on the TV. The HBO Go app, Netflix app and others never seem to be having this issue. My videos never have an issue running on Plex on my laptop - only on the Samsung. Could there a bug in the application on the SmartHub?
I to am having this same error message appear seconds into starting a video, the files are stored on a WD P2100 NAS drive and video files are MP4 or H.264 M4V files non are DRM protected. I’ve read thus far it might be the Samsung Plex app which is running on Tizem OS 4K television?
I had given up on the Samsung TV app. I have a Roku and it streams perfectly to is so I just use that. Samsung’s app bites donkey ballz
