Samsung App - "An Unexpected playback problem occurred" starting "Live TV & DVR" Live

I have 2 new Samsung TVs and both have the Plex app installed. When attempting to watch live TV from Live TV & DVR they get this error, but they play recorded programs successfully. Live TV programs play correctly using PMP on a computer and they play correctly on my Roku.
