Server problem Only on smart tv samsung

Lately when I try to play a file from the smart TV Plex says that the file associated with this title is not accessible by the server, (until a few days ago everything was working without a problem but suddenly it stopped), if I try to play the same file from the browser it plays without a problem what could be the problem?
Can anyone tell me how I can solve it?
I have already reinstalled the app on the smart tv and the server on windows
I copied the some files on the mac book server connected the the same wifi and it works fine

I think there is a problem with the Samsung smart TV Plex app. I posted this a couple of days ago, but no-one has responded.

My Plex set up is working fine. Playing downloaded items and recorded items on all devices. But when I try to stream Live TV on my Samsung Smart TV Plex app it is not working. This has been for 24 hours (since sometime on Weds 8th Nov afternoon). Still streaming live TV fine on iOS or desktop. It is only the Samsung smart TV Plex app which is only playing recorded and not live. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app on TV. Any ideas?!

After much fiddling, I reduced the video quality in the main Plex TV App settings (not in-screen whilst streaming) for both the “local quality” and “remote quality”. I now have live TV successfully again. I think an app update changed all Plex to highest quality, with theoretically a lower “quality suggestion”, but this feature doesn’t work and my internet doesn’t support the highest quality.

I ran into similar issue.
When I try to play movies from plex on Samsung TV it says that server is not available, but I am able to play movies from LG tv and on my laptop.
It seems something is not quite right with plex app on Samsung TV. Any idea how to solve this issue?
