At random intervals the app on my Samsung TV resets and is no longer linked to my server forcing me to Link back to my account and redo all of the settings on my TV. There seems to be no pattern to this that I can decipher. What would cause this to happen?
I’m getting the same thing on my Samsung. Link to my account, 24 hours later the app has reset and I need to link to my account again. This has been happening for a good 6 months.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
