Samsung bug? Can't get 5.1 settings

I’ve noticed that Plex on my Samsung QE65QN90BA doesn’t provide 5.1 sound to my receiver and after fiddling around with settings, as well as forum searching, I’ve found that some major settings are missing.

Here are my TV settings:

Any ideas how to enable 5.1 settings in my TV? :frowning:
