Samsung Stream count exceeds 30 streams limitation not necessary on Tizen 9

Hi, when direct streaming files with many subtitle tracks, my playback often fails, showing Reason: Stream count exceeds 30 streams.

I came across this PR in jellyfin server, which suggested that the 30 stream limit is not applicable to newer Tizen versions: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-web/pull/7283 and now Jellyfin is checking Tizen version when considering this limitation.

I set up a jellyfin server and was able to play the problem file with direct stream in Jellyfin for Tizen, and was also able to play the file directly in the Samsung media player with the file on a USB drive connected to the TV.

So is Plex unnecessarily imposing this limitation for all Tizen players when it may only be needed for older versions?

We are not updating the current app anymore. When the new app is released with new UI it should be doable to remove the limit for newer TV i have no ETA on when that will be.
