The 2008 tv show Sanctuary is not playing properly. I’m currently on S3 E8.
You’re not giving a lot of detail here. 
I just tried The Sanctuary which you can watch on-demand on plex. Is this what you are using?
S03E08 played and then I tried S03E09 and it played as well.
How are you trying to watch? laptop? Firestick? Roku? Is it just that episode? Is it repeatable? Perhaps a temporary connectivity glitch somewhere in the pipeline?

Thank you for testing that. It looks like I have a larger problem. There are a number of titles that don’t play which may be ones with a higher resolution or aspect ratio. The show Corner Gas plays without issue but newer shows have trouble. The commercials play and then the video becomes a screen of random colors without audio. This may have started happening after installing the last server update. This is occurring on multiple computers running the latest version of the Windows app. I tested it on my roku and it plays fine there. I may be having the same problem as the person who posted “Can’t play anything other than Live TV”
Wow, I’ve never seen anything like that. Kind of beyond what I know but maybe a codec issue? Someone smarter than me will need to advise you.
I installed the K-Lite codec pack on the computer recently on the computer running the media server. I was trying to fix an issue with a different program. My troubles might have started then. I uninstalled K-Lite and deleted the Plex codec folder but I’m still having the same issue.
Have you tried rolling back to the previous version of the server you had installed? That might narrow down whether or not K-Lite might be involved.
