Save/download photos to my device (android)

I would like to have the option to save a photo to my device's gallery.

There's an option to do this on the iPhone, but I couldn't figure out a way to do it on my Android phone.  Would be nice to have the same features.

I would like his feature on iphone and Android please. Very frustrating when trying to email or post to Facebook. This seems like a must have feature surely :).
