Scan multiple libraries simultaneously?

Is there a way to configure Plex to scan and update multiple libraries simultaneously? I’m trying to add my Music collection to Plex, so I can use it in Sonos, and it’s quite large. The issue I now have is that it won’t update any other library until that’s finished, which means it could take a number of days possibly (judging from the slow speed it’s scanning the Music library) before my TV library etc gets re-scanned?

Can the update engine be configured for multiple threads so I can scan multiple libraries at the same time?

Thanks

By the same token, I’d like to be able to choose which specific library to update instead of it doing all of them by default. If I haven’t added anything to a specific library, I’d rather it not waste my time and it’s updating a library that doesn’t need it. Is this possible and I’m just not seeing it? My desktop app just says “Update libraries”, plural.

Thank you.

I’d like to know this too.

I found out that you can trigger scans from the command-line and it seems it doesn’t mind starting multiple scans.
