Hi there, since a couple of days ago I started noticing that subtitles are disappearing from plex, but the files are still in the folder. So I noticed that the scanner never stopped working and then, viewing the alerts section, I noticed that, somehow the scanner is getting looped in the Folder or something like that.
Has anyone experienced something like this ? 
easy trick. Search for the symlink
cd /home/user/Plex
find . -type l -print
If you get no symlinks, then you have either a mount over another mount or a filesystem damage.
Been thinking about this.
If it were a symlink or mount crossing another mount, it would be infinite.
Almost sounds like you had directory-relative ‘mkdir’ when placing media via automation? (absolute paths are the best)
Damn, I just made an ass of myself hahahah. Thank you very much. I somehow made a recursive symlink to the Movies folder inside de Movies folder. Never thought that something like this was happening

I created a symlink to test some stuff, but I just remembered that I received a call just in that moment and pressed enter in the keyboard or something else while I was creating symlinks hahaha
