Scheduled Plex Server Availability by Guest Group

- Assign groups to invited users and apply access permissions and rules to those groups.

- Allow scheduling for rule enforcement. Group A can only access content from Friday afternoon to late Sunday night. Group B can access every evening from 9PM through 5AM.
