Script to stop plex if media files become inaccessible?

All of my media files are on a google drive accessed via rclone/mergerfs. Sometimes my gdrive mount drops, which makes plex think the files are inaccessible (true).

However, when the mount is restored, I have to restart Plex to make it realise that they are available again.

Is there any way of writing a bash script or something similar that responds to Plex seeing more than xx files as unavailable, which will stop my Unraid plex docker? I have an script already that will resume Plex if access is restored (checks if the mount is available), but I need one that is triggered by Plex having access problems.
