When viewing an asset (movie or TV show), you can click on a cast member and see all the other assets that include that cast member. However, that search is limited to the current library. So if I click on a cast member while in Movies, I only see other movies with that cast member, even if that cast member is in another library, like TV Shows.
Given there are many actors that now star in both movies and TV shows (as well as people who have multiple movie and tv libraries), it would be nice if that mini-search also included other libraries. For instance, if I click on Elizabeth Olsen in Wandavision, I would also like the results to show her movies from the Movies library and any other libraries.
This information is presented when doing a search from the main screen of whatever client (web, roku, smart tv, etc). It would be nice if clicking on a cast member would result in a full-blown search of that person, and not just in the current library.
A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
