Search on Plex web doesn't show Tidal results - SOLVED

Hi there,

Apologies if this has been listed somewhere else, I am extremely new to Plex and this forum.

The issue I have is that when using search on Plex web, I’m not getting results from Tidal. I cannot see a way to navigate through their huge catalog and therefore makes the service a little redundant to me.

Am I missing something? My accounts are linked and I get the usual suggested playlists, albums etc, but without the means to specifically search for the artist/song I want, it renders the service useless.

Is Tidal added to the side bar in the web app, or are you only accessing it through the MORE item?

What is an example search term?

Are you pressing Enter after typing in the search term? Try doing it, then scroll all the way down.

And that my friend is why I now feel rather silly, I was expecting the results to show up in instant search. I’ve also migrated to the Plex Windows app and everything is running perfect.
