For some reason the search function won’t search through my library anymore, I can see and play my library just fine. The only results I get are podcasts hits.
First I thought it was because I was still on a 1.x release so I updated to 3.0.1 but that didn’t help.
Edit your library,
go to the ‘Advanced’ tab
disable “Hide library from Dashboard”

Don’t worry, this checkbox started to influence search only recently.
It is changed in new server versions to something more nuanced:
