"Seasonal" category for Recommenced Movie Librarys

I’ve personally started this topic in past threads I cant seem to find and found others where people use complicated work-arounds like multiple libraries and custom playlists.

Please add a new category into the rotation of random suggestions that display for Movies that

• Displays Movies whose release date (Day/Month only, ignore year) is within 60 days of the current date. 30 Days ahead, and 30 days period

I’ve personally spot checked a handful of Halloween and Christmas movies and this filter logic would most certainly help bring relevant content to the viewers attention. It even works for Summer Blockbusters, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Fathers Day. This also makes the Seasonal search just as intuitive as my friends and family have come to find the rest of the Plex experience to be.

This existing feature suggestion is fairly similar (seasonal/holiday movie suggestions, plus theming). You may want to consider voting there as well.

Holiday Theme and recommended movies

Hello all. With the holiday’s upon us. I was thinking on how the old days when watching TV. we have all these Halloween, Xmas etc… movies just showing. Would it be possible to have that for Plex server, local and remote devices? A way to customize our Recommended movies and shows or at least have Plex give an option to enable Holiday Decor skin on all devices and have the movies and shows that fall under those holidays?

Would love to be able to have some type of curated Recommended tray at the top that users could cycle in and out such as holidays and other themed lists.
