Seems like my LibreElec running PlexKodiConnect is generating thousands of playlists?

Not sure if this is correctly placed, and knowing that the tag is for the official plugin… Sorry :confused:

I just think there might be more of you here that are able to read the Plex logs than elsewhere. “Something” in my Plexverse is creating endless amounts of playlists to the point where everything halts. We’re talking tens of thousands of playlists. All identical. Reason I’m tagging as Plex-for-kodi is that the IP in my logs are actually from my Raspberry Pi running LibreElec with PlexKodiConnect running. I’m also seeing some of these lines pointing to my mac which is only

My log says there are 23 good tokens, but I only have 10 or so devices with access. Any way to see a list of all of these tokens? I’ve turned on tokens in my logs now to try to pinpoint the issue. Any way to revoke tokens?

Here is what I can find happening in the log from a couple of these entries. Any idea what is causing this or what I can do to make it stop?

@croneter: You say the issue was resolved in v. 2.7.3, but I’m still seeing this while running 2.7.4. on LibreELEC 9.0.1. I even did a clean install with a brand new SD-card. Any tips?

I’ve managed to delete the playlists with another script.

EDIT: I might have come off as demanding, that was not my intention. Was more asking if I could get logs for you to look at :slight_smile:

I read the guide and followed it, deleting all the databases and playlists, so hopefully it will have helped to actually read the text instead of glancing at the title.

Lets first see if it works after having deleted the playlists and done everything in the guide. Will post/send you logs later if it still returns.

Have a few other kinks in my log that I’m trying to straighten out first aswell :slight_smile:
(metadata and actual shows that are “added at” 1970-01-01 that spams logs with problems converting to epoch)

Just released pkc beta version 2.7.5. It contains a fix for this playlist issue

I’ve got two installments of PKC (2.7.4) running on LibreELEC/Windows, and both has been behaving well without creating playlists since I followed your guide yesterday. Gonna stick with the stable branch unless I’m seeing issues
