I’m trying to match Japancakes music band using Plex Music agent and It shows me the only available option. After clicking on it nothing happens. This is just an example. The same issue a have with any other added music bands. TV Shows, Movie and Last.fm metadata agents seems to be working fine.
Still have this issue after update to 1.20.1.3213 and Plex Dance doesn’t help.

Also I’ve noticed this error in logs
CRITICAL (sandbox:298) - Function named 'Start' couldn't be found in the current environment
I think it is related to LocalMedia.bundle, so I’ve added
def Start:
pass
to file /Plug-ins-c91f25744/LocalMedia.bundle/Contents/Code/__init__py but it didn’t help
Also I’ve updated PlexMediaServer to the latest Version 1.20.2.3343 - didn’t help
I’ve tried to repair a corrupt database - didn’t help
I have 2 different music libraries with slightly different settings and Plex Music Agent works well on the second one, but not on the first one.
the first one called music:
scanner: Plex Music Scanner
agent: Personal Media Artists
and the second one called music (temp)
scanner: Plex Music
agent: Plex Music
all other settings are the same. all checkboxes are checked except store track progress
any ideas how to fix it?

These two libraries are fundamentally different.
The first one is using the old, deprecated Python-based scanner and agent, which is no longer being maintained.
The second one is using the modern scanner and agent which uses primarily Musicbrainz as its data source.
What should I do? I can’t change scanner and agent anymore.

Yes, It shows, but the changes couldn’t be saved. It appears on the bottom after clicking save changes.
The reason for this is simple - I had a bad experience with automatic matching. Even with the files tagged by musicbrainz picard automatic matching messing-up with albums. Especially if I have several versions of albums consisting of 2 or more CDs.
Try again, while using https://app.plex.tv
If you are already using this, reload the web app in the browser (F5) before editing the library.
Disable web browser add-ins.
Thank you. I was managed to change it. Also I decided to make the third library with the same music as in the first one and give a chance to the new scanner and it works way better than I remember. But I still have the issue with messing-up albums
