Selling access to Plex Streaming Service

Hey guys,

I just got a yearly Plex pass (which is awesome) and I was just wondering if there are any rules against selling my Plex streaming service to the public? I’ve garnered a bit of interest in my home media streaming and I have enough bandwidth to support several streamers at once.

Cheers.

Depends if you have a license agreement with the various production companies of the media you plan to stream and profit from.

Hi @cyktic.

The terms of use for the Media Server software prohibit commercial use and it is intended for personal use only.

You can go over these terms here: https://plex.tv/legal (see the Terms tab and read the Plex Software terms).
