Server 1.23.2.4656 - Unable to scan movies -- Seg Fault (External)

Hey, having issues the past week or so, trying to call Plex Media Scanner (from docker) to scan movies, it always seg faults.

TV/Series scans with same methods are fine… user perms are good (nothing has changed)

downgrading to 1.22.3.4523-d0ce30438 fixes the issue. so its definitely something with 1.23*

Same issue here, cannot scan directories.

Going to try and go back to 1.22

Can confirm, going back 1.22.3.4523-d0ce30438, no seg fault and scan works as it should.
Did something change in 1.23? I can’t find anything in release notes.

Using Debian with Docker.

Yeah, you seem to be having the same issue as me, I’m hoping the next 1.23 update will have a ninja fix as usual.

Downgrading and Upgrading and Downgrading again is … annoying.

but for TV show can’t see the new TV show or new epoide

where i can Downgrading ? i can’t find old file ?

I’m using synology NAS

I would Media Server Downloads | Plex Media Server for Windows, Mac, Linux, FreeBSD and More < go there select the Nas you have and reverse engineer the URL…

i.e
change that to… the version you’re looking for…

I’m not quite sure you are having the same issue as us. You are trying to scan libraries using CLI? What exactly is the problem you are having?

No. i’m not using CLI,
my problem is when i add new TV show or new epoide can’t see them in plex, any help ?

i fix it, my problem was with scanner when i change it it work.

Does it work for you in UI? I can’t add new movies under UI, not sure whether this is the same issue under Docker.

Yes I’ve updated to the latest - and still same issue… Had to downgrade yet again.

Does not work from UI for movies – only tv shows.

By latest I meant – [version-1.23.3.4707-ebb5fe9f3] – downgrading to 1.22.3.4523-d0ce30438 works.
