I will see if i can add server logs once its up again, but heres the basics. I run a server on a Nvidia Shield. ever since the update it works great for all of 10 ish minutes then disconnects. have to reset or ‘retry’ connection multiple times and then it works… for another 10 minutes. I can still remotely access the files from the pc for transfer and such so its still networked. However as of posting this I cannot seem to access it on my pc’s web browser

Check to see if the later version is available on the App Store, if not you may need to side load it:
going to test it later. might have to do it on another device if this works, so which option on the website did this come from? the synology or Qnap? dont see just an ‘android’ one on the downloads page like the link implies
It is a direct link to the app file, android files (AFAIK) are normally only available via google play store.
