can some one help me out please. plex crashes when HW transcoding and i cant make sense of it. this is what i was able to pull out of terminal but i dont know what i am looking at. my trouble shooting skills are very limited. i am trying to use intel arc b50 pro to transcode.
im missing something, just dont know what it is.
any help will be appreciated.

If you can recreate it one more time and then download & attach the logs ZIP file for Chris, that will help him more. Debugging screenshot snippets doesn’t give all the info.

unfortunately this appears to be a driver error. I have filed an issue and will dig into it when i get a chance.
This was a while ago, but I had an issue where I have a 5600g AMD processor and an Intel b580 GPU running Debian OS. With the 5600g’s GPU enabled the plex would crash when trying to transcode with the Intel GPU. I disabled the AMD GPU and the issue went away. I should have kept my logs, but since it worked I didn’t care. Just in case it’s a similar issue here.
It’s interesting that other people’s setups with B50’s works fine. But then I have an Intel cpu and a B50. Maybe it has to do with having an AMD processor and an Intel card.

i cant be the only one running amd cpu with intel gpu.
is it worth to note that i did not start having problems till the PMS 1.43 update?
took a peek at the github, but most of it is above my head. i will try and run a amd gpu and see if i can see a difference.

sorry, i have not been able to. ive tried to follow the guide, but it looks like zimaos commands need to be yml, in short none of the commands in the guide work for me. i will keep trying and let you know.
