Server crashing often when starting a movie

Player Version#: Roku, Chrome

Plex has started crashing almost every time I try to start a movie. It will spin and then show the server is unavailable. This is happening locally and remotely, for at least Roku and Chrome players. Crash log is attached. What are the best steps to troubleshoot?
