Windows Plex Server Crashing. Repeatable using Roku client and certain movies

I have a few remote users using various devices, but I am able to recreate the issue also using a Roku based client. I downgraded the Plex server from the latest (plex pass enabled) version in effort to correct issue. No change using latest 3-4 versions of Media Server.

Using Roku Client and lauching specific movies causes Plex Media server to crash. Other moves can play fine. I havent identified the common issue with failed movies. (not a codecs expert). Another note, when attempting to play specific movies on Roku, Plex Media Server crashes. And will continue to crash each time I start it as long as the Roku Device is still trying to play that movie (it either times out or you cancel the playback), then media server starts normally.

I have uploaded the log bundle (Debug mode enabled, verbose disabled).

Note that my primary devices are Fire TVs and they work fine for the same movies that crashes from Roku. And these are all existing movies that worked fine on ALL devices up to about 1-1 1/2 months ago.

It a little disappointing to see no response what so ever. I would have thought attaching the log bundles would have helped prove that this is a repeatable issue. In any event, my Plex server is updated to the latest version 1.19.3.2843. And still, I can crash the server by playing specific movies on my Roku device. But the same movies play fine on the Web Client or Fire TV clients. I am again, attaching the latest log bundles captured right after server crash.
