Thanks, that was my assumption based on the version information you posted for the server (that’s the web client version, by the way).
Two suggestions:
- In the web client, under Settings → Plex Web → Debug (Show Advanced) select “Restore Defaullts.” After doing so you’ll need to pick your primary Plex server (if you have access to multiple) and re-pin your desired libraries.
- Try the hosted web client instead of the embedded one. The hosted client is usually several versions new and contains additional feature updates/bug fixes. You can find it at:
