0073 has been completely withdrawn. I see other tests out there with 0090 firmware.

— Confirm the BIOS settings are as they should be for your config.

There were quite a few changes between 0073 and 0090 (mostly fixes)
but with any BIOS update, recheck the settings.

So I’ve watched “Gods-Testfile” (because it’s more adventurous than the LG file) in 1080p@20mps, got some buffering every minute, no glitch, no crash, server didn’t crash afterward

I’ve seen this bug before. First files plays subsequent doesn’t find the HW.

  1. sudo apt update && sudo apt -y upgrade
    – Let it update to match the new hardware profile being presented

  2. systemctl stop plexmediaserver

  3. terminal session - remove all the codecs

  1. Reboot machine and let PMS start normally with power cycle

  2. Play normal 1080p video and let PMS download codecs again fresh

  3. Confirm even 1080p videos now transcode to 20Mbps in HW.

By disabling the repo. PMS will not auto-update
The rest of the OS will continue to update but PMS will remain at manual-update only.

apt update && apt -y upgrade are now safe

I am expecting some updates to be installed but not many.
