Server keeps asking to claim it

Hi, I currently have a Plex server on MX Linux. I’ve had it for a while now and every time I boot into the system, Plex asks to claim the server. I’ve check that /var/lib/plexmediaserver/ is owned by plex:plex as stated on Why does it keep asking me to claim my server? .
I even manually set the permissions using sudo chown -R plex:plex /var/lib/plexmediaserver , but is yet to claim the server properly.

Server Version#: 1.16.1.1291

Please gather the logs and attach.

PMS will continue to ask you to claim it until it’s properly completed the claim process with Plex.tv.

Based on what you’re stating here, I would first inspect internet connectivity.

Well, the problem is fixed after reinstallation.
