Server, like clockwork, goes offline for 3 minutes

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112
Player Version#: N/A

Okay I’m a little bit of a non-technical person here but I’m going to do the best I can. I have a Plex media server running on a Linux box. Every day at exactly 7:33 p.m. (my time) the media server mysteriously disconnects everybody for exactly 3 minutes and then comes back online. I have looked at every single potential setting that could cause this, and nothing on the physical server that I can find is causing this. I have a data services manager who look at the server for me and says he doesn’t see anything on that and that he can find. I should note that the server is in a very large data center so it doesn’t appear to be bandwidth related.

I’ve looked at the logs but, like I said I’m not really technically inclined, and I really don’t know what I’m reading. If anybody has any thoughts on this I would truly appreciate it. Thank you!

Do you have a scheduled task running at 7:33pm everyday? It might interrupt service for a short period. Look in Settings>>server>>scheduled tasks. I have mine run @ 02:00.

I do, but I have those set to run at 2AM myself.

May I please see the logs, captured just after it returns from this event?

Setting - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs.
Attach the ZIP file it gives you.
