I was just wondering when there be any changes to the plex server listing? Ive tried to look for answers, but cant seem to find any. The way it was before (a while back) was so much better then the current system. If it aint broke… I hate change for the sake of change. The way it was before was that I choose one server from one meny, and then every movie, music, series I used under the main meny was from that server.
The way it is now, as you all know of course, you have multiple servers below the meny. As of now i cant even change the list order, it won’t save. I hate this server list thing. The way it was before was WAY better in my opinion and for my use. It all just seems like one big mess.
So im wondering if there will be a change for this at some point? Or maybe at least a way for us to deside for ourself if we wat this or not. On thing really like is customisation, in which plex is not great at.
Like the way the homepage looks. It would be great for the plattform it could get more choices. Like Kodi, but maybe a bit more controller from the developers. Some kodi skins are a mess. But still a far better product in that regard then plex. I would love some skins to choose from on plex. From how to movie list is ahown, to what info is shown (runtime, codec, hdr etc) with logo. Like kodi. I think plex should open kodi and learn a thing or two. Maybe give out a Tool to certain people to make skins. And then the plex developers go in and approve and make them work as they should. Kodi is bad at that, some skins are a mess.
