It used to be that Movie Library folders were displayed are Tiles:
Now, Movie Library folders and individual movies are shown as a List:
I HATE this, and I can’t see any control that will bring the Tile display back. Am I completely missing a control somewhere, or has Plex eliminated the Tile display?
Me too. I want my old poster style back. It looked so much better
Change the library view mode from “Folders” back to “Movies”.
You can see it in your second screenshot top, left.
No good. Then I lose the Folder classifications: Drama, Science Fiction, Animation, etc.
It will show the ENTIRE Library of movies regardless of their classification.
Use Plex’s genre filters
This was working GREAT and exactly as I wanted it up until 1 or 2 updates ago.
Okay, I fixed this by uninstalling the newest version from my Synology NAS (1.25.4.5487) and then reinstalling an older version from the Synology NAS (1.18.5.2309).
Plex, try to avoid breaking stuff that DOESN’T need fixing. Thankyouverymuch.
