"server not available" after server resumes from stand by

I have problems with my window 10 based Plex-Server. Remote access via lokal network and from external is working perfectly. Only when PC goes to stand by and than resumes, I often / most of the times get a “server not available” (Server nicht erreichbar) from all players (from within local network and external). When I terminate and restart the plex-server app, everything instantly works fine.
I don’t have such problems with any other services running on that PC (SFTP-Server etc.)
Didn’t change anything to that PC in the last 8 years, except updating Windows and services.
In the longer past there no Plex-problems after resuming from stand by. The problem occurred a couple of month ago, I assume due to an Plex-update. But I can’t tell exactly when the problem first occurred.

Any advise?
