I finally got my Remote Access working from my server, but if my devices aren’t on my network, I’m getting the error that my server is currently unavailable. I’m sitting at my PC hosting my server, so I know this isn’t the case. Is there something obvious I’m missing?
I also disabled remote access and tried to re-enable it. Now it cannot connect to the server. The loading spinner just keeps spinning.
If you are on the PC hosting Plex what does http://127.0.0.1:32400/web show?
Sorry, my issue seems to be this nasty storm we are getting in the south east US. Must have knocked out some nodes somewhere. All back up for me now.
I was traveling for the last few days and just got home. It shows my Plex when I go to that URL.
That should allow you to get into the settings and fix what you need to fix.
