Server not found

I am running media server latest download version. I was watching movies til about 2 hours ago when the movie shut off. I tried restarting the server and clicked the icon like I always do to check settings. I get the 127.0.0.1/web however it says cant reach page. I uninstalled and reinstalled server to the same problem
