Had to change my mac that sudently died
IT JUST GOES ON SENDING ME FROM ON PAGE TO THE OTHER WHITOUT LETING ME CHOOSE MY MEDIA, AND I GET NO ADVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

Make sure you complete the server setup by accessing it through it locally (from within the same machine/subnet, using the machine’s local IP address).
If you’re on the same machine, browse to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
If you’re on a different machine inside the server’s subnet, browse to http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web

nope, same thing, keeps on sending me to the download page, and from the download page back to media server, but can’t choose media.

Did you restore the Mac from a backup that might still have some leftovers of your old Plex server in it?
