Server out of space on main drive: %TEMP% with more than 30GB

After activating the new photo TAG picture, my server ran out of space.

The %TEMP% variable of the user running plex grow to more than 30GB of space.

I am nuking the TEMP, wonder what effect will have this on Plex DB?
